Celtic Ale
Long Irelands first release. This beer is old traditional Irish ale; this isn't designed to be an Irish Red. Its brewed with ingredients the way beer was brewed a few hundred years ago in Ireland. Since Ireland is an island, ingredients weren't always readily available. The Irish brewers used ingredients that they were able to get locally. This beer is made with 4 different malts and a big serving of honey and oats that give it a sweet but smooth flavor. It is 5% a.b.v. and 20 Ibus.
Raspberry Wheat - (Summer Seasonal)
This beer is crisp and refreshing on a hot summer day. It is light in body and just a hint of raspberry adds a nice finishing touch. We serve it unfiltered like most traditional wheat beers. It is 5.5 % a.b.v. and 18 Ibus
Breakfast Stout
It is a low alcohol, sweet and smooth stout. It is balanced with the addition of Kenyan coffee to the finished beer which gives it a nice roasted flavor. This beer is loaded with flaked oats and milk sugar that gives it that cream and coffee breakfast taste. It is 3.5% a.b.v and 30 ibus.
Pale Ale
An American Pale Ale with four additions of Cascade and Amarillo hops. A classic beer that goes down easy all year long. It is 6% abv and 40 ibus.
